I have trained extensively to use a wide range of yoga tools (postures, breath work, meditation, visualization and sound healing) in order to support individual healing & strengthening on a wide range of issues ranging from anxiety & depression to strengthening a knee joint after an injury. Yoga therapy is complementary to and works in tandem with traditional western healing modalities.

A customized yoga program meant to address a particular set of concerns can have a powerful impact on the healing process. Reduce symptoms, find relief, strengthen, create safe space, and tap into innate wisdom.

The tools learned through therapeutic yoga can be used again and again throughout life.
