Flowing Form + Stretch it Out
Flow up from the floor up - then back to the floor again - strengthen and lengthen the entire body with this mild-to-moderate blend of flow, alignment and stretch.
This 75 minute class is a mash up of all things good, flow + stretch. This flowing vinyasa practice connects the breath and asanas (poses). You’ll move through the basic foundation and alignment of each pose, while being offered the opportunity to move deeper. Fewer vinyasas and the added bonus of deep stretching make this class great for beginners looking to grow their practice.
While Flowing Form may incorporate basic arm-balance poses such as bakasana (crow) and basic inversions such as tripod headstand, modifications are always offered.
*Beginners may find this class a challenge, but it’s open to all levels.
