No matter how the week has treated you so far, this class welcomes you with arms (and legs and chest and mat) wide open. Think of it as the perfect cure for the mid-week blues. We’ll begin with a gently flowing sequence to strengthen, open and stretch the entire body.
The second portion guides you through blissful and deeply relaxing restorative poses. This class is sure to leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to face the rest of the week ahead.
*This all levels class is open to beginners ready for something chill. You can get back to working hard after class.
