Who couldn’t use 60 minutes of happy? Move a step beyond the basic flowing form class in this upbeat, sweaty, and playful exploration of postures.
Enjoy the challenges of learning some deeper postures all while moving and breathing to the beat of the music. This moderate to fast-paced class will keep you on your toes, meshing alignment and creative sequencing -- and a few jokes are not out of the realm of possibility.
Some exploration of intermediate arm balances and inversions are fair game, along with some more physically challenging sequences. Expect to sweat, burn calories, and most importantly to have fun! Bring water, a towel, a good attitude to the mat.
*All levels / mixed levels class. Some yoga experience is recommended.
